Wow!! First of all, Mr. Roland Perez answered my service call in the afternoon of this past Mother’s Day, 2018, (yesterday). He was courteous and said that his field manager, Jordan, would be at my place first thing in the morning, Monday. Mr. Jordan was actually fifteen minutes early from the agreed scheduled time, introduced himself, and proceeded to look at my unit and found what was wrong. He then fixed my problem, did a check of the whole unit, and suggested a yearly check-up at a reasonable price. Customer service is the number one priority of GLOBAL AC AND HEATING, and I appreciate that! My unit is cooling just as Jordan said it would and he reminded me to ask him if I had any questions about my unit at the end of the call. People, this is my AC company from now on! Thank you, Roland and Jordan and I’ll pass along the great service you provided me to anyone who asks if they need an AC job!!!
